Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Hello – I’m glad you’re here!

I am a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 11 years of experience focusing solely on pelvic health. Originally from Canada, I received my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Injury Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. After moving to the United States (still a Canadian at heart!), I obtained my master’s degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. I soon realized that after three winters, I needed the beach.

I relocated to Naples, Florida in 2017. Hello, SWFL! Working as a physical therapist for over 17 years, I found the need for pelvic floor physical therapy after the birth of my first child. I, myself, had pelvic floor dysfunction and was experiencing pain. After seeking out treatment and realizing the importance of pelvic health, I took courses to become a Certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. I fell in love with the subject matter and the idea of helping both men and women who are silently suffering from pelvic issues.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my two wonderful kids, who are my pride and joy. When I'm not with them, you'll likely find me immersed in all things Naples. Whether it's enjoying the beaches, finding new local restaurants, or enjoying the atmosphere of Southwest Florida, I have a passion for discovery and staying active.
